Breakthroughs is a Mental Health and Addictions practice located in the rapidly growing city of Jacksonville, Florida. We have eight full-time licensed, master's level therapists with a variety of training and specialties. In addition to out-patient individual and family therapy we also provide an Intensive Outpatient Program for adults with substance abuse. The alcohol and drug treatment program currently runs from 8:45am to 12:15pm five days per week. The night program is from 5:45pm through 8:45pm four evenings per week.

Our therapists as well as our IOP are covered by most major insurance plans.
