Breakthroughs Staff

	Cindy Falor, LMHC, CAP, Clinical Director Cindy Falor is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 25 years of experience. She has been the Clinical Director of Breakthroughs since it's inception in 1993. Her specialties include addictions treatment for adolescents, adults, and their families. She also treats a wide range of issues including trauma, gay and lesbian issues, women's issues, and couple's needs. She is married with 2 grown children and hobbies include biking, hiking, geocaching.

	Tony Fiser, LCSW, CAP, Executive Director Tony Fiser is a licensed clinical social worker and certified addictions professional. He has been practicing in the field of mental health and addictions for 25 years. He graduated from the University of Louisville and came to Jacksonville in 1986. His specialities include addictions recovery with both adolescents and adults, family therapy and treatment for trauma. His specialized training includes: family therapy, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, Level II EMDR and critical incident debriefing. He is married with two children and hobbies include fishing, hiking and painting.

	Ron Cipriano, CAP, IOP Program Director Ron Cipriano is a Master Level, Certified Addictions Professional with 12 years of experience within the substance abuse field. Ron is considered a "new breed" Master Level CAP, Recovering Counselor. He has been in recovery for over 15 years. Ron's sobriety birth date is August 15, 1991. Ron specializes in Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), focusing on all areas of chemical dependency. Before relocating to Jacksonville, Ron developed a large program in Wisconsin at Coulee Youth Centers. As the IOP Director and Certified Clinical Supervisor, CCSII, Ron trained more than 20 counselors. Ron's passion and dedication to his life's work as well as his charismatic personality has generated a very active community of recovering alumni. Ron has been with Breakthroughs: Counseling & Recovery for three years and the IOP program has been rapidly expanding since it's inception. Breakthroughs offers a state licensed aftercare program, with 6 months of follow-up sessions. Breakthroughs is proud of the large group of alumni who celebrate with bi-yearly parties in appreciation of being Drug Free.

	Bob Buscemi, M.E.D. LMHC Robert Buscemi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 18 years of experience within the Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse fields. Bob has been associated with Breakthroughs: Counseling & Recovery in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville since 2000. Bob's areas of expertise provide individual and family counseling to a diverse range of clientele. Bob specializes in Addictions, Adolescent therapy, Anxiety, Trauma (death, life changes, grief, and divorce), Stress Management, Marriage therapy, Depression, Compulsion, Identity Issues, and Blended Family issues. Bob is married and has 6 children. Bob is very active in the Jacksonville area, participating in running events and triathlons. Bob has completed 20 marathons with a goal of accomplishing at least 100 marathons in his lifetime. Bob believes that all his clients deserve dignity and respect. Bob's style of therapy is to support and accept his client's ways of thinking, while sensitively challenging alternative styles of thinking. Bob is credentialed with most major insurance companies. 	Luann M. Edwards, LMFT Luann Edwards is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years experience within the Behavioral Health Field. Ms. Edwards has been associated with Breakthroughs: Counseling & Recovery in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville since 2000. Ms. Edwards' areas of expertise are providing individual and family counseliing to a diverse range of clientele. Ms. Edwards specializes in in children (over the age of 4), Family issues, Depression, Sexual Abuse, Marital Issues, and Gay and Lesbian issues. 	Dan Carzoli Dan Carzoli, who facilitates the evening progam, has more than 25 years of leadership, building successful addiction treatment programs. He has conducted professional workshops for clinicians and therapists on numerous topics throughout the United States. A veteran clinician and trainer his vision, expertise and passion has resulted in the development of highly successful treatment outcomes in numerous programs throughout the United States. Dan is also currently President-Elect of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and will serve as its President in 2009.

	Susan McCulloch, LCSW Susan McCulloch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 32 years experience within the Behavioral Health Field. Mrs. McCulloch has been associated with Breakthroughs: Counseling & Recovery in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville since 2003. Mrs. McCulloch's areas of expertise include individual, couples, and family counseling to a diverse range of clientele. Mrs. McCulloch specializes in Family issues, Depression, Gay and Lesbian issues, Anxiety, Grief Counseling, and issues of Spirituality and Faith. 	Maria Adigweme, LMHC, CAP Maria Adigweme has a Bachelor's degree from Suffolk University in Boston and Masters degrees from the University of Minnesota and University of North Florida. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addictions Professional with 21 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field. This includes six years as the clinical director of a large mental health agency in Jacksonville. In addition, she has several years counseling/assessment experience, which includes adoption and foster care issues, within the public and private sectors. Maria has been associated with Breakthroughs Counseling & Recovery in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville since 2000. Ms. Adigweme's areas of expertise include individual therapy, family therapy, couple's therapy and substance abuse/addictions treatment to a diverse range of clientele. Ms. Adigweme treats school children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Couples counseling is also provided. Cognitive Behavioral therapy is one of the key techniques she utilizes for anxiety, depression and mood disorders for various population groups. She also treats a variety of issues including school related problems, Oppositional Defiance, Post Traumatic Stress, ADD/ADHD, sexual abuse, child abuse/neglect, grief/loss, adoption/foster care and substance abuse disorders.
