Tony Fiser, LCSW, CAP, Executive Director Tony Fiser is a licensed clinical social worker and certified addictions professional. He has been practicing in the field of mental health and addictions for 25 years. He graduated from the University of Louisville and came to Jacksonville in 1986. His specialities include addictions recovery with both adolescents and adults, family therapy and treatment for trauma. His specialized training includes: family therapy, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, Level II EMDR and critical incident debriefing. Ron Cipriano, CAP, IOP Program Director Ron Cipriano is a Master Level, Certified Addictions Professional with 12 years of experience within the substance abuse field. Ron is considered a "new breed" Master Level CAP, Recovering Counselor. He has been in recovery for over 15 years. Ron's sobriety birth date is August 15, 1991. Ron specializes in Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), focusing on all areas of chemical dependency. Before relocating to Jacksonville, Ron developed a large program in Wisconsin at Coulee Youth Centers. As the IOP Director and Certified Clinical Supervisor, CCSII, Ron trained more than 20 counselors. Ron's passion and dedication to his life's work as well as his charismatic personality has generated a very active community of recovering alumni. Ron has been with Breakthroughs: Counseling & Recovery for three years and the IOP program has been rapidly expanding since it's inception. Breakthroughs offers a state licensed aftercare program, with 6 months of follow-up sessions.
